At some point during the ownership of your Ride1Up Vorsa you may need to access your motor controller. Luckily this is a very easy process on this bike and can be done with only a Phillips head screwdriver. This job is most easily done with the bike flipped onto its handlebars and seat but is not 100% necessary. If you flip the bike over be sure to use padding or handlebar jacks to make sure you do not damage any of the controls on the handlebars. Here are the steps to access the motor controller on your Vorsa.
Step 1: Remove the access panel near the bottom bracket
Remove all 3 M3x10mm bolts that hold the access panel onto your frame. Under this plastic access panel will be all of the wiring to your motor controller as well as the motor controller itself.
Step 2: Pull out your motor controller
Now you will simply need to pull the motor controller out of your frame. The electrical connections found at your controller can be seen labeled below.
We hope that this simple this documentation helps you access your motor controller and get your bike back on the road. If you have any further questions about this process or your bike feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team.
